(Per Press Associution.) WELLINGTON. February ?>. At a meeting of the Wellington Racing Club, it was decided not to prosecute the Postmaster at Otaki for ante-dating a letter containing entry for one of their races. The owner of the horse was disqualified from running any horse on the course under the control of the Club, and the Secretary was requested to write to the other clubs in the colony asking them to sustain this action.
