NOTICE IS hereby given, that in pursuance of the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1876, ami the amendments thereof, it is proposed to stop that portion of theRoad lying between sections numbered •256 and 258, and sections 250 and 260, Patca District. Bounded as follows:—By a line commencing at a point-13*7 links from the north-eastern angle ot section numbered 256 in the plan of th‘> Patca District, and proceeding thence along the eastward boundary of the said section 1152 - 3 links, 541 links, and 50 links; thence along the eastward boundary of sections 258 and 541 4697.5 links, thence 572.3 links in a bearing - of 1390 lOmin., thence 227.4 links in a bearing of 1500 I2min. to boundary of section numbered 260 m the plan of the said District, thence 2085-4 links along the south-western boundary of the said section 260, thence 1501, 497*1, 100S-7 links along the sou Ik-western boundary of section numbered 259 in the said plan, thence 156 2 links to meet the starting point. And to make a New Road in lieu thereof, over parts of section numbered 256, 259, 260 in the plan of the District of Patca: Bounded as follows:—By a line commencing at the North-Eastern angle of the .said section 256, proceeding thence 41 links in a bearing I34degs 9mins ; thence 50'6 links in a bearing 146degs 30mins; thence 13'7 links to meet the starting point.
