[Beuteu’s Telegrams.j LONDON. January 29. It is stated that Homo Eulers of Mayo, Ireland, intend to select Dayitt and Bienmm, now under committal for using seditions language at anti-rent meetings, as candidates for the representation of Mayo in Parliament, upon condition that they absent from attending sittings of the House of Commons. Although suggestions that England should hand Herat over to care of Persia are being rumored by the press, nothing positive is yet known as to the intentions of the British Govt, in the matter.
