CARLYLE V WAITOTABA. The return match of the above- Clubs was played at Waitotara on Saturday last, when, with a far inferior team than on the occasion of the first match, Carlyle put their opponents through in one innings and
12 runs to spare, although six *' ducks’ were made. For Carlyle, Dixon 11, Heenan 15, and F. T. Homer (not out) 23, were tire only double scorers ; whilst for Waitotara no doubles were made.
