CRICKET MATCH.—ELEVEN V EIGHTEEN.
The return match been Eleven of the Carlyle Cricket Club and Eighteen Allcorners, was played on the ground of the former on Saturday last. The day, although fine, was anything but pleasant for cricketing, a cold south-east wind blowing, which made it uncomfortable for those not actively employed. The game commenced about 2 o’clock, and was decided by one innings, tbe Eleven again proving to much for their opponents. Mr Horner captained the Eleven, whilst Mr W.
