These accounts will he balanced at the end of each month, settlements of same not later than 4th of the following month. In the meantime all accounts rendered up to 3Uth September last, are expected to be settled not later than the 31st of the present month. Under the new arrangement, J. Whelan will make it his earnest aim to sell at the lowest possible juices, ami ho believes he will be able to do so—then the benefits will not be one-sided. The. advantages of the Cash systerii must be so apparent to all, that it is simply snperilous to enlarge upon it. J. W. therefore leaves the scheme to the approval of his friends and the public, believing that with their support it will prove a success. Buy and sell for Cash, and money will be saved.
