No entry will be received for any races except upon this condition—that ail disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing, shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. All entries to bo sealed, and addressed to the Hon Secretary, Wavcrloy, entrance money enclosed, witn the name, r.go at time of entry, pedigree, and in case, of handicaps, performances of the horse, name of the owner, and colours of the rider. Any jockey riding except in the colours entered, will be lined 3 sovs. When two or more horses start, tbs property of the same owner, a distinguishing colour must be worn. In all weight-for-age races, the weigh t-for-nge scale of the Wanganui Jockey Club rules will be adhered to. All persons intending to withdraw horses, are required to give notice to that effect to (lie Secretary, or Clerk of the Scales, one half-hour before starring. Any pernon neglecting or refusing to comply with this .inle, eh all pay a line of 5 sovs to the race fund. All entries should be made on the Club’s printed forms of entry, which may be obtained at the office of the Hon Secretary. All races to be under the W.J.C. Rules.
