No entry will be received for any races except upon this condition—that, ail disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing, shall he decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. All entries to be sealed, and addressed to the llo'n Secretary, Waverley, entrance money enclosed, witn the name, age at time of entry, pedigree, and in case of handicaps, performances of the horse, name of the owner, and colours of the rider.. Any docket' riding - except in the colours entered, will be fined 3 sovs. When two or more horse's start, the property of the same owner, a distinguishing colour must he worn. In all weight-for-nge races, the weighl-for-age scale of the Wanganui Jockey Club rules' will be adhered to. All persons in tending lb withdraw horses, are required to give notice to that effect to the Secretary, or Clerk of the Scales, one half-hour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this .Mile, shall pay a fine of 5 sovs to the race fund.. All entries should be made on the Club’s printed forms of entry, which may be obtained at the office of the lion Secretary. All races to be under the W.J.C. Rules.
