(To the Editor of the Patea Mail.) • Sir, —Can yon inform your readers in this part of the County why the Returning Officers for the above-named Boards have not given the required notices for election of members, in accordance with “The Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876.” It is now too late to comply with the law* —1 am, &c., RATEPAYER.
