OTICE is hereby,given, that about SIXTY THOUSAND ACRES of the well-known Waimate Plains, on the West Coast of the’ North Island of New Zealand, will be disposed of by Public Auction, at Carlyle, Patea, on TUESDAY, the 6th of May next.
