WILLIAM COWER N hag been favored with instructions from Messrs Corrigan and Steuart, in consequence of a dissolution of partnership, to sell by public auction on the Farm, 'at MANUTAHI, On TUESDAY, MARCH 25, At 12 o’clock noon, All that splendid Leasehold property, known as “ Fernside,” within half a-mile of the main road, being part of the Taumnha Reserve, and containing 232 acres, and having 12-1-ycars unexpired of the term. The property is all securely fenced (nearly all live fences) and well watered throughout. It is subdivided into six paddocks, and well fenced in. 10(3 acres have been ploughed; 70 acres being now in stubble, and the remainder in good pasture. There is a garden of acre, securely fenced, planted with fruit trees, some of eight years ■ ; .growth.
