Sheep. —At Nukumaru, over 2,000 were sold. Ewes, 6s to (is fid ; hoggets, os 9d ; fat sheep, 9s 3d; old rains. 16s. At Turakina, about 900 were sold. Fat ewes, 7s; lambs of inferior quality, 2s fid. At the yards to-day, 1.250 made up the sale. Ewes, mixed ages. 5s (o 5s 3d ; lambs, 5s ; fat lambs, 7s Gd ; fat ewes, 6s (id to 7s ; wethers, 7s 6d ; inferior sheep. 3s Gd. Horses. —Dull of sale, prices from £lO to £l7 for really good hacks ; inferior, £4 to £7 ; light draughts up to £2O. Exports—loo cattle, 500 sheep.
