WANGANUI EDUCATION BOARD.
At the last meeting of the above Board,, Mr Sanson gave notice that be would move at the next meeting, “ That this Board respectfully urge on the Hon the Minister for Education, the importance of establishing a Normal or Training College with the least possible delay, so that young teachers residing in Wan-
gjinui and W elfin tjf on. Educational Districts, and desirous of obtaining information as to the best method ol conducting a school, may do so at the least possible cost to such teachers. (2) That this Board is of opinion that Foxton is trie most central place at which to establish such college.’ —Mr Dnthie tabled a notice of motion. That it is now desirable to establish a District High School in Feilding or some other central township, on the railway line.”
