BY virtue ot the power given under “The Counties Act,” 1876, the County Council of Patea did, at a Special Meeting, held on the 17th inst.-, pass a Resolution adopting Bye-Laws in respect of Slaughter Houses and for Licensing Peddlers and Hawkers.
