December 12, A Liberal has been elected by a large majority for Maldon. Parliament adjourns for the Christmas holidays on the seventeenth, CONSTANTINOPLE. December 12th. The Porte has sent a note to representatives abroad notifying a change of Ministry, with the view of arranging inter-national difficulties, and all foreign questions, and the fulfilment of the Berlin Treaty.
