The Company acting strictly as SELLING- BROKERS ONLY, is a further guarantee that Alt, Produce will realise its Highest Value. The charges will be moderate. On wool offered for sale and withdrawn, the nominal charge is Is per bale. On wool sold the following is the scale— Receiving, weighing, warehousing-, and store, l-Bth of Id .per ib. Repacking sample bales (when required) 5s per hale. Insurance —2s 6d per cent, oh market value. This charge protects the goods from the time they enter the warehouse, and is made in all cases, unless specially instructed to the contrary. Advertising for sale and cataloguing, 3d per bale. Commission on sales ovei- £SOO, H per cent.; under that sum, 2£ per cent. Charges on Produce' —On Sheepskins and Hides, per cent., commission only. On Tallow, a receiving and delivering, charge of 6d per cwt., in addition to commission of per cent., will be charged. All-Wool for sale or shipment should be consigned to the Company’s Office and Stores, Custom House Quay, WELLINGTON. W. H. TRAPP, 833 d 11 Pro Agent. Brett’s Mormanfoy Extension,, BETWEEN 50 and GO Sections are now laid off, and will shortly be offered to the Public. These Sections are admirably adapted either for Private Residences or Business Sites, being clear, level, and dry, and situated at the Junction of the Road leading to the Waunate Plains and the Main Line of Road and Railway to New Plymouth, a position naturally favorable in every respect for an extension of this fast rising Township.
