HOWITT—On the 1st November, the wife of Mr William Howitt, of Carlyle, Patea County, of a son. MARRIAGE. ADAMS—TURNER—On the 7th instant, at St. George’s Church, Carlyle, by the Rev A. Dasent, Henry Edward, eldest son of Henry Adams, Esq., solicitor, Nelson, to Mary, eldest daughter of Major H. F. Turner, late 65th Regiment. DEATH. HOWITT —On the 8th November, Donald, infant son of Mr and Mrs W. Howitt, of Carlyle.
