Dale reports that lie sold by auction on Saturday last, and privately afterwards, 32 acres of land, near the mouth of the Tongoahne river, for £4 15s per acre ; 5 sections in block 43, Carlyle, from 10s. to 12s. per foot; 2 sections in Kakaramea for £57; I do, £22 10s; .1 do, £ls ; 6 acre section, Woodville, £slss per acre; 1 |acre section, Woodville, £8 10s, and 2 iacre Bectfojirs for JSJ JJ; 1 section,- Aloi'coia, Xz 9: 1 section, Normanby, £l6 10s; 10 Patea Town Hall shares, £1 paid up, at 34s per shate, and a large assortment of merchandise and sundries at satisfactory prices.
