TO STAND THIS SEASON AT WAYERLEY. The Blood Horse, 1 GLADIATOR, Imported to Victoria by the late J. Moffatt, Esq. GLADIATOR is a golden chestnut, rising 7 years old, 15 hands 3 inches high, bred by Count Legrangp, by that celebrated horse, Gladiateur, out of Nuncia, by Nuncio, out of Fatrna, by Ellis. Gladiateur by Monarque, out ot Miss Gladiator, by Gladiateur, out of Taffrail, by Sheet Anchor. For further particulars vide English Stud Book. Gladiateur was the winner of the Derby St. Lcger, 2000 guineas; and the Grand Prix, in 1860. Terms— Single Mares, £7 7s; three or more, £6 10s; groomagc, ss. Paddocking provided for four weeks free of charge, and afterwards 2s per week will be charged. Every care taken, but no responsibility. One of the owners will be in Wanganui every alternate Thursday (on the day of F. R. Jackson’s sale), to receive and take up the country all mares. Hailstorm is a rich roan, 3 years old, stands 15 hands 2 inches, is out of Discretion by Tow ton, is full brother to Resolution and Queen of the Yale, and for symmetry and power cannot be surpassed. Every care will be taken, but no responsibility incurred. The season will end the first week in December, when all fees must be paid and mares removed.
