[Special to-Press Agency.] LONDON. August 2G. The yellow fever is spreading in America. Severe storms Lave occurred in England, inflicting much damage. A revolution has broken out at San Domino. The warship Cormorant has sailed from Spithead for Australia. A leader in the Times , referring to quarrels in Victorian Legislature, strongly objects to appeals to Downing Street, and recommends the settlement of disputed questions, by a joint vote of the two Houses. It remarks that the Council has hitherto exhibited a sure respect for the law, and a sounder constitutional spirit.
