HAWERA. (from our own correspondent.) A meeting, to urge on the Government to complete the Waitara and Wanganui Railway, was held at the Town Hall, Hawera, on Saturday last, and was largely attended, all the principal settlers and townspeople being present. The chairman having staled the object of the meeting, a great deal of discussion took place.
