SCHEDULE. The Lessees of Block 20 and 21 will be allowed to sub-divide into Building Sites in terras of Conditions of Lease. Note —Plans can be seen and all information as to Conditions upon application to the Auctioneer. The sale of the above Leases has been long looked forward to, and must commend themselves to the minds of all practical men. The term of years makes them nearly equal to freehold. The Harbor Works has already materially improved the River, and it is no stretch of imagination to suppose that within a short time the whole frontages now for Lease will be required for Wharfage and Store accommodation, and thus prove a source of considerable wealth to the fortunate Lessee. The Clause allowing Block 20 and 21 to be sub-divided, presents the chance of acquiring a largo income for life with the outlay of but small capital, and should make its mark at the Sale. W.
