The sale of the above Leases has been long looked forward to, and must commend themselves to the minds of all p”actical men. The krai of years makes them nearly equal to freehold. The Harbor Works has already materially improved the Ewer, and it is no stretch of imagination to suppose that within a short time the whole frontages now for Lease will be required for Wharfage and Store accommodation, and thus prove a source of considerable wealth to the fortunate Lessee.
