Notice to Correspondents. Several letters for the proprietor of this journal have lately hecn addressed 11 Mr Black” or “ Mr J. Black, Carlyle,”and have in consequence been dolivedto and opened by Mr John Black, Clerk of the County Council. To avoid mistakes and possible inconvenience in "future is is respectfully asked that all letters for Alexander Black, should be addressed to him at the Patka Mail- office. It would sometimes save delays! fall purely business communications mi- letters to the editor were addressed simply " -Patea Mail, Carlyle.”
