IT is hereby notified that the undermentioned ALLOTMENTS of LAND, situate in the Patea District, and consisting of open and timbered lands, about three miles inland ofMokoia Township, and known as Wakamara, will be OFFERED for SALE for CASH at Public Auction, at the District Land Office, in Carlyle, at noon on Monday, the 13th day of May next ensuing, at the upset price per acre set opposite the number of each Allotment.
