IT is hereby notified that the undermentioned ALLOTMENTS of L A ND S situate in the OTOIAOPAKU BLOCK, County will be open- for selection on terms of DEFERRED PAYMENTS, on SATURDAY, the 13th April next, at the upset price per acre placed opposite the number of each allotment respectively. Applications to be made at the Crown Lands Office, New Plymouth, or at the District Land Office, Carlyle. IT is hereby notified that the undermentioned ALLOTMENTS, of LAND, situate in the OTOIA-OPAKU BLOCK, County of Patea, and in the Town of KAKARAMEA, in the same County, will be offered at public auction for CASH, at noon, on Saturday, the 23rd day of March proximo, by the District Land .Officer, Patea, at the Court House, Carlyle, at the upset price per aore, for the rural lands, and per section for the town lands, placed opposite to the respective numbers of such allotments.
