In the Matter of “ The Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876.” - WHEREAS two Petitions have this day been filed in the Resident-^—-Magistrate’s Court, Carlyle, in terms of section 48 of “ The Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876,” touching the Election of One Member to the Patea Harbor Board for the Hawera Riding, holdcn at Hawera on Monday, the 11th day of February last past, at which , James Strachan Greig was declared to be duly elected to the said office: I, Charles Allen Wray, the Resident Magistrate of the said Court, do hereby - notify than an Enquiry as to the matters alleged in such Petitions, will be held before me, at the Town Hall, Hawera, on Monday, the 4th day of.
