LONDON. February G. Russia refuses to agree to the Austrian proposal of a conference at Vienna, and desires the conference to take place in a town' in some smaller state. The Creek army has been ordered to stop the advance into Thessaly. European Powers have promised to protect the northern Greek Provinces. February 7. Greek troops' captured Dliomoko a large town in Thessaly before advance stopped.-
