Is out of Titstone, imported from Tasmania (who fetched 180 guineas at Tattersali’s), by imported horse Major, from Scotland. Major took Ist prize in Tasmania three years running ; was bred by Mr Kerr, of Ayrshire, out of prize mare Clydesdale, got by Old Prince Royal, who gained seven prizes in 1859, and took Ist prize as best horse at the great show at Harnett. Bkitanxxa will travel to Carlyle (Albion Hotel stables) on Mondays; Kakaramca (Wharncliffe Hotel stables) on Tuesdays; returning to Wairoa (Edwards’ stables) on Wednesdays ; will visit Waitotara on Thursdays; returning to Wairoa on Fridays.
