GAZETTE NOTICE. WAIPUKU VILLAGE. "Waste Lands Board Office, New Plymouth, October 23, 1877. IT is hereby notified that the undermentioned Allotments of Land, situate at the Waipuku Village, on the Mountain Hoad, about midway between Inglewood and the site of the Township at the Patea River, will bo offered for salea t auction at noon on Saturday, the 24th November instant, at the Taranaki Institute, at the upset prices placed opposite their respective numbers. IT is hereby notified that the undermentioned Allotments of Rural Land, situate between the Waipuku and Manganui Rivers, on the Eastern side of the Mountain Road, and which the Surveyors report to be of unusually good quality, will be offered for sale at auction, at noon on Tuesday, 27tb November instant, at the Taranaki Institute, in New Plymouth, at the upset price placed opposite the respective numbers of the allotments. Plans ot the allotments may be inspected at this office during office hours. By order of the Board, C. D. WHITCOMBE, Chief Commissioner. Huiroa District. GAZETTE NOTICE. Waste Lands Board Office, New Plymouth, October 26, 1877. IT is hereby notified that the undermentioned Allotments of Land, situate between the Waipuku and Manganui Rivers, on the Eastern side of the Mountain Road, will he open for selection by application on Deferred Payments’ system, on Saturday, the 24th day of November instant, at the upset price per acre placed opposite the number of each allotment respectively.
