P/lidhirst Special Settlement. MR A. C. FOOKES, of New Plymouth, having obtained from the Waste Lands Department a most Valuable Block of 5,000 acres of rich, level Land* abutting upon the Main Road and Railway* exactly midway between Hawora and New Plymouth, is now prepared to receive applications for allotments of from 100 to 200 acres, upon a system of deferred payments* to extend over 10 years.
