FOOKES, of New Plymouth, having obtained from the Waste Lands Department a most Valuable Block of 5,000 acres of rich, level Land, abutting upon the Main Road and Railway, exactly midway between Hawera and New Plymouth, is now prepared to receive applications for allotments of from 100 to 200 acres, upon a system of deferred payments, to extend over 10, years.
