[Per Press Agency.] LONDON. August 6. The Russians stale that their loss at Plevna was only 5,000. Osman Pasha’s force has been reinforced, and are now strongly entrenched at Plevna. SINGAPORE. August 8. The Russians have evacuated all their positions south of the Balkans except Hcipka Pass. The Turks have rc-occupicd Kesanuk. SYDNEY. August 10. Governor refused dissolution unless supplies were granted. The Ministry have resigned.
