AH disputes to he settled by the Stewards, whose decision shall bo final. o. Persons lodging a protest will place £1 in the bauds of the Secretary on making the same, which money will be forfeited if such protest be deemed by the Stewards frivolous or unjust. 4. All piersons intending to withdraw horses, are requested to give notice to that effect to the Secretary, at least fifteen minutes before the hour of starting. 5. Any jockey riding except in the colors entered, will be lined £l. 0. Any picrsou entering a horse in any race, except in a hack race, must he a subscriber of not less than £1 Is to the meeting. 7. Nominations and acceptances will not be received after the time stated under any pretence whatever, 8. Five pier cent, will be deducted from the gross proceeds of all moneys paid in accordance with the programme, for expenses.
