SALE OF RURAL LANDS IN MO A AND MLyNGANUI DISTRICTS, BETWEEN MANGAM A WIIE T E AND PAT E A RIVERS. Waste Lands Board Office, New Plymouth, March 2, 1877. IT is hereby notified that by virtue of section 35 of “The Taranaki Waste Lands Act, 1871,” all the Allotments of Rural Land in the Moa District, from No. 213 to 2GI inclusive, which have been offered for sale at auction, are hereby withdrawn from sale by selection for cash; and it is hereby further notified that the said Rural Allotments will bo open for selection on Deferred Payments, at the upset prices below stated, on SATURDAY, the 7th of APRIL next ensuing, at the Crown Lands Office in New Plymouth, and that the Sections for which more than one application shall be received will be offered for sale on Deferred Payments at auction, on the following Saturday, 14th of April. Forms of Application may be had, and Plans of the Allotments inspected during office hour’s, at the Crown Lands Office, New Plymouth; at the Confiscated Lands Office, Carlyle; and at the Post Office, Hawera. Plans may be inspected, during office hours, at the Crown Lands Office, New Plymouth; at the Confiscated Lands Office, Carlyle; and at the Post Office, Hawera. By order of the Board, C. D.
