Mr Fitzherhert appeared for the Crown, and after examining (he several witnesses, in each case, applied for a remand till Tuesday next, 13th instant, as there were important papers. &c„ connected with the ease on their way from Wellington. Fresh bail was allowed. Friday, 9th February. Debt Cases—Samuel Taplin v Thomas Jenkins; claim, £2 12s. Judgment ’ey default for amount, and costs —W Dale v C F Fish : claim, AX Gs.
