Judgment lor amount, and costs. —Beauchamp v Meredith. Possession of tenement occupied by defendant, claimed, together with amount due for rent, £lO Bs. The Court ordered defendant to give up possession of tenement to the plaintiff, on or before the 25th March, unless rent in arrear and coats be paid into Court within that period.
