The Ik M. Court yesterday, was engaged wil.li a few minor debt cams, and one criminal case for rape, but as the females in the e.t'O are not overpowered with modesty, and the evidence being very contradictory, the Magistrate, C. A. Wray, : Esq., very wisely dismissed, the case.
