Sin,—My first modest epistle appears lo have been read with critical interest by some of your subscribers, who have each, judging- from their letters, taken the hint, and made their answers no longer than was necessary to convey their ideas before the public. lam a bashful young man, and have not sufficient ambition to cause me to forward my name for public criticism —no, not even to gratify a venerable “ Old Chum.'’ I am pleased to learn, since my last note, that the advertisement for a doctor for this district, appeared in three of the papers named by me, but it did not appear in the only pnper published in the County.
