T HEREBY give notice that by virtue j. of a Writ of ‘ fieri facias’ issued out of the above Honorable Court, and to me directed, 1 have caused .my bailiil _to enter upon all that piece of land, beiny section numbered five hundred and sixty-one on the record plan.. of the Eaton District, the property of Richard Thomas Blake, subject to the sections that have been registered as sold ; haying been taken in execution at the suit of the execution creditor heroin, and that it is my intention to sell, or cause to be sold, the freehold of the said piece of laud (subject to the said registration), by public auction, at the Court House, Carlyle, on the 10th day of January, one thousand eight hundred and seventyseven, at twelve o’clock noon, unless satisfaction be sooner made of the said judgment, and all costs and expenses connected therewith ; and I further give notice that Gcrvaso D. Haimnerton, of New Plymouth, is the solicitor for the said plaintiff.
