I HEREBY give notice that by virtue of a Writ of fieri facias issued out of the above Honorable Court, and to me directed, I have caused my bailiff to enter upon all that piece of laud, being section numbered five hundred and sixty-one on the record plan of the Patea District, the property of Richard Thomas Blake, subject to the sections that have been registered as sold; having been taken in execution at the suit of the execution creditor herein, and that it is my intention to sell, or cause to be sold, the freehold of the said piece of land (subject to the said registration), by public auction, at the Court House, Carlyle, on the 19th day of January, one thousand eight hundred and seventyseven, at twelve o’clock noon, unless satisfaction be sooner made of the said judgment, and all costs and expenses connected therewith 5 and I further give notice that Gervase D. Hammerton, of New Plymouth, is the solicitor for the said plaintiff. Given under my hand and seal, at Carlyle aforesaid, this twentieth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-six. H.
