He lias, therefore, taken this opportunity of informing them that he has determined to CLOSE HIS PRESENT BUSINESS, and retire into that of an AUCTIONEER, But to do so, he must first dispose of his present stock, and which he is now offering at the actual COST PRICE. It is almost superfluous perhaps to the majority of the Inhabitants of Patea and surrounding districts to enumerate the stock, but as there are some to whom a slight idea of the same would be refreshing, no great harm will accrue to all concerned by the publication of the following list, which please read and reflect on—--Ist.
