Terms of payment—One-fourth of the purchase money in cash on the fall of the hammer, the remainder in two equal instalments three and six months from date of sale, without interest. Note—The above tbwhskip is now being laid off at the junction of Ball and Hiirsthonse Roads, being the key to the Otoia Opaku Block. Another large block of land adjoining the above is now being surveyed by the Government previous to sale, the traffic from ■which must of necessity also pass through the township.
