Title—Under the Land Tlansfer Act. Terms of payment —One-fourth of the purchase money in cash on the fall of the hammer, the remainder in two equal instalments three and six months from date of sale, without interest. Note— The above township is now being- laid off at the Junction of Ball and Hnrsthouse Roads, being the key to the Otoia Opaku Block. Another large block of land adjoining the above is now being surveyed by the Government previous to sale, the traffic from which must of necessity also pass through the township. An hotel and store will shortly be erected in the township, and the owner will expend a sum of at least £SO in improving the roads laid off in the township, which is very level, and is distant about nine miles inland from the town of Carlyle.
