The list of names of all the guests at the late Masonic ball was not quite complete. In addition to those already given, in a}' be added Mr and Mrs Hiutcll, and Dr. Croft. Possibly there may have been other omissions, Which we regret having accidentally occurred.

An hotel and store will shortly be erected in the township, and the owner will expend a sum of at least £SO in improving the roads laid off in the township, which is very level, and is distant about nine miles inland from the town of Carlyle.
