Sept. 23. A man was brought up this morning for being of unsound mind, and sent to the Lunatic Asylum. He lost his reason through the effects of a practical -joke, having- had his hair and whiskers shaved off close. INVERCARGILL. Sept. 23. Mr. Dennett, agent for the All-England Eleven, is a passenger by the Ringarooma. He says the team will be in New Zealand the latter part of January.
