NOTICE is hereby given, that ; the provisions of the “Stamp Fee Act,-1875,” will be brought into operation in the offices of the District Courts throughout the colony, on the Ist April proximo.•: Alter tart date, all duties, fees, fines, and p,ei'dh : cs hitherto payable to Clerks of District Courts in cash, must bo paid by means of stamps, impressed or •adhesive, as prescribed by the regulations made in pursuance of the said'Act,-and no cash null thereafter be, received for any such fees, &c. Stocks of Law Court Stamps may be obtained from the Deputy Commissioners! of Stamps and from Depositariqsin places where sittings of the District Courts are held.
