Patea Mail Office, , Tuesday Evening. Mr. W. Dale reports having held a sal o stock at Maimtahi, to : dlay ; about 150 head of cattle wore yarded, 88 head of ,9 ' year old steers*fetched £6 15s. each: a mob of 28 steel's and cows iwgeed cowd'ition iil 55., a lot of mixed stores .T4, 17s. fid., another mob of a similar kind were passed at A 4 lbs. Several horses were hut did not find purchasers under the hammer.
