Head Office, Stamp Department, : 20th March, 1876. e NOTICE is hereby given, that the provisions of the “ Stamp Fee Act, 1875,” will be brought into operation in the offices of the District Courts throughout the colony, on the Ist April proximo. After that date, all duties, fees, fines, and penalties hitherto payable to Clerks of District Courts in cash, must bo paid by means of stamps, impressed or adhesive, as prescribed by the regulations made in pursuance of the said Act, and no cash will thereafter be received for any such fees, etc. Stocks of Law Court Stamps may be obtained from the Deputy Commissioners of Stamps and from Depositaries in places where' sittings of the District Courts are held.
