T)EGIS Til ATIO N OF ABBRE--11 YIATED ADDRESSES.—With the A 7 iow of saving as much as possible the cost of the transmission of Telegrams to New Zealand from other countries, a Register will be kept at every Telegraph station in Now Zealand for the Registration of Arbitrary or Cypher Addresses in the shape of one or more words. No fee will be charged for registration. Persons registering will require to communicate the Cypher or Arbitrary Address to their Correspondents. The Telegraph Companies register names and addresses of telegraph correspondents free of charge at all their Stations, and in London at 74. Old Broad-street; 8, Leadenhall-strcet;-and 42, Finsbury Circus. Bounded as follows; Commencing at a point on the South side of the Main Road in line with the western boundary of Allotments No. 545, thence in a straight line along the south side of the Waihi Road, thence along the west side of the said AVaihi Road to a point in line with the southern boundary of Allotment 153, thence in a straight line to the south-west corner of Allotment No. 31, thence by the west boundary of the said Allotment, and a line 100 links in continuation of it to Allotment No, 180, thence by the south-western boundary of Allotment No. 180, and a line in prolongation of it to Allotment No 185 thence along the south-western and south boundaries of Allotment No. 185 to its south-east corner, thence along the west and south boundaries of Allotment No. 186 to the north-east corner of Allotment No. 33, Hawera Ten Acre lots, and from thence to the point first mentioned. Head Office, Stamp Department, 20th March, 187 G. NOTICE is hereby given, that the provisions of the “ Stamp Fee Act, 1875,” will be brought into operation in the offices of the District Courts throughout the colony, on the Ist April proximo. Alter that date, all duties, fees, fines, and penalties hitherto payable'to Clerks of District Courts in cash, must be paid by means of stamps, impressed or adhesive, as prescribed by the regulations made in pursuance of the said Act, and no cash will thereafter be received for any such fees, &c. Stocks of Law Court Stamps may be obtained from the Deputy Commissioners of Stamps and from Depositaries in places where sittings of the District Courts are held. Forms of Summons, Subpoena, &c., will be impressed at the Head Office for Solicitors and others, on receipt of Requisition D. and Bank receipt for the amount less the authorized discount, together with the forms requiren to be stamped. • .
