Goxtnox, of Canterbury, the pure-bred Clydesdale Stallion, “PRINCE OF CANTERBURY.” “Prince of Canterbury” is a rich dark bay, rising 3 years old, by the celebrated entire “ Scotch Jock.” “ Scotch Jock,” by the “ Prince of Wales,” who was sold in Victoria (after gaining several first prizes) for £BOO ; “ Prince of Wales,” by “ Coldraeh,” who gained twelve firstclass prizes in Victoria ; “ Scotch Jock” dam by “ Wellington,” out of an imported Tasmanian prize mare. “ Scotch Jock” gained two first prizes in Victoria, and one first prize in Canterbury, and died when 4 years old.
